Read, not write
Read-only access or controlled extracts are the default starting point.
Governance
See how Eden protects data access, technical independence and client decision authority during maintenance evidence analysis.
Operating boundaries
Read-only access or controlled extracts are the default starting point.
Eden may identify an action; the client determines whether and how it is executed.
No production configuration, procedure or maintenance-strategy change occurs without approved scope and client authorization.
Material findings identify source records, interpretation rules, assumptions and limitations.
The analytical population is defined before conclusions are presented.
Any relevant technology relationship is disclosed and every recommendation must remain technically supportable.
Engineering, Quality, IT, Validation, Legal and other governing functions retain their authority.
Governance policies
These apply from first contact through to the final deliverable, and are restated in any engagement agreement.
01
Eden requests the minimum data required to answer the defined decision. Read-only access or client-generated extracts are preferred, access is time-bounded to the engagement, and any credentials are issued, monitored and revoked by the client.
02
Client records are treated as confidential, used only for the agreed decision, and never shared with other clients or used to market technology. Public channels such as the website forms and the Decision Advisor must not be used for confidential, regulated, export-controlled, proprietary or personal data.
03
Working extracts are retained only for the duration of the engagement and an agreed review period, then deleted or returned. Deliverables state the extract date, scope and record counts so results can be reproduced.
04
Every material finding cites its source records, interpretation rules, inclusion and exclusion logic, assumptions and limitations, so a client engineer or auditor can challenge the conclusion independently.
05
Conclusions are labelled Supported, Supported with limitations, Directional only, or Insufficient evidence. Eden will report insufficient evidence rather than produce a conclusion the records cannot defend.
06
Engagements do not begin with a software, sensor or vendor solution. If evidence later supports a technology change, any relevant commercial interest is disclosed in writing, the recommendation must remain technically supportable, and the client retains approval authority.
07
Eden does not write to, configure or execute changes in production systems. Recommended controls are implemented by the client's own engineering, quality, IT and validation processes under their change management.
08
The Decision Advisor provides AI-assisted framing only. It is not an engineering, regulatory or validation decision, it is reviewed by Eden before any engagement conclusion, and no client production data should be entered into it.
09
If a client disputes a finding, the underlying records, rules and assumptions are re-examined jointly and the conclusion is corrected, re-qualified or withdrawn. Eden will not sign off a conclusion it cannot evidence.
Technology independence
Eden does not begin with a software, sensor, integration or vendor solution. The first task is to establish whether the existing evidence can support the decision.
If the evidence later justifies a technology solution, Eden may specify, source, integrate or commercially participate in that solution. Any relevant commercial interest is disclosed, the recommendation must remain technically supportable, and the client retains approval authority.
Regulated environments
Eden’s work can support Engineering, Quality, IT, Validation, Legal and management review without replacing their responsibilities. Source records, interpretation rules, assumptions, limitations and confidence are stated so conclusions can be challenged and governed.
