About Eden

Built for the gap between information and decision.

Learn why Eden Tech Consulting was founded to help maintenance and reliability teams turn existing system records into defensible decisions.

Who we are

Independent, technical and decision-first.

Eden Tech Consulting is an independent maintenance decision-assurance consultancy. We work with asset-intensive and regulated organizations whose maintenance records exist, but whose decision confidence remains uncertain.

Our work begins with a practical question: what does the organization need to decide, and can its available evidence support that decision responsibly?

We combine CMMS/EAM understanding, maintenance and reliability logic, analytical discipline, governance awareness and financial translation without assuming that a larger technology transformation is the answer.

Founder perspective

Maintenance experience behind the evidence.

Edwin founded Eden Tech Consulting around a simple conviction: organizations should not have to choose between doing nothing with their maintenance data and committing immediately to a large transformation.

His perspective is grounded in work across aviation engineering, maintenance planning, CMMS administration, regulated pharmaceutical maintenance, calibration data and reliability analysis.

A defined decision, carefully qualified evidence and practical controls can create value sooner — while preserving the authority of the client’s Engineering, Quality, IT, Validation and leadership teams.
